All good things begin with a solid plan. What leads to a great result is how creative and flexible a plan is to changing scope and audience needs.

We offer CM and/or communications plan development while planning a change or during project kick off. Our plans look to answer the three core change management questions and then build a communications plan against them.
PLANNING
EXECUTION
Excution sounds simple, but often requires a knowledgeable business person paired with a writer or creative lead to create meaningful comms. At Vandeavor, we have all three.

Our teams are available to bring their industry knowledge to your project or spend the necessary time to learn the industry to be an effective participant in creating comms.

Our services here range from jump-starting a comms effort with prebuilt communications or can maintain through the duration of the project creating comms as topics warrant.
ADAPTATION
A major area where consultants fall short is in adaptation. As consultants many times we swoop in, develop a plan at kick off and then bail. This leave a project team alone to adjust the plan as a project progresses. In all of our experiences with clients initial project scope has always changed. The needs of the target audience always change. The business environment shifts creating project gaps.
Through all of these situations, the original Change Management plan falls short and needs to be adjusted. Any incentives may need to be rethought. What messages to communicate need to adjusted, added to, or simply shifted on the timeline.

Through these changes and many more, Vandeavor brings our consulting experience to the table to help clients be nimble/flexible in maintaining their CM plans so that the plan can adjust according to the shifting environment it lives in.
MEDIA
At Vandeavor, we have an in-house creative team as well as a fleet of contractors focused on capturing and creating media that gets the attention of your audience as well as that of your leadership team.

One of our favorite pieces of media that we believe is essential to good ongoing Change Management is filming audience members who are seeing success with the change and sharing this with others. This allows those who may not have adopted or bought into the change to hear from their peers.
This creates instant credibility and allows others to potentially see their role in a change from their peers.
METRICS
From adoption percentages to knowledge assessments to page/video views we can help you determine how people are learning about the change and how much they are engaging. Sometimes we simply help develop metrics to be used in your companies business intelligence program or we can provide certain data to your company.

In either case, the goal is to realize how well people are engaging in the change and what we are receiving for the change.
